Chocolat Blu wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with the merchandise for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. For all exchanges and returns, please contact customerservice@chocolatblu.com.

Refunds will be issued in the manner the merchandise was paid for and in the amount of the purchase price of the merchandise; shipping charges are non-refundable.

To issue a credit, the merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging. If returning shoes, please do not place a shipping label directly on the shoe box.

Please return the merchandise with a copy of your original invoice or a packing slip. Circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the reason for the return. If you have questions, please contact customerservice@chocolatblu.com.
