Chocolat Blu wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with the merchandise for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the receipt.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace your item, simply place a new order and return your original purchase. 

For all returns, please complete the Return Request at the home page or contact info@chocolatblu.com.

If you need a return label, please e-mail us at info@chocolatblu.com. All returns made using the pre-paid label are subject to an additional charge of $12, deducted from the refund.

If you choose not to use the label provided by Chocolat Blu customer service, we encourage to use a traceable shipping service, as Chocolat Blu is not responsible for lost packages.  

Refunds will be issued in the manner the merchandise was paid for and in the amount of the purchase price of the merchandise; shipping charges are non-refundable.

To issue a credit, the merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging. If returning shoes, please do not place a shipping label directly on the shoe box.

Please return the merchandise with a copy of your original invoice or a packing slip. Circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the reason for the return. If you have questions, please contact info@chocolatblu.com.
