Chocolat Blu wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with it for any reason, you can return unworn merchandise within 30 days of the receipt.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace your item, simply place a new order and return your original purchase.
All returns are subject to $12 pre-paid label fee, deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be issued in the manner the merchandise was paid for; shipping charges are non-refundable.
To issue a credit, the merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
Please do not send items back without obtaining a return authorization first as your package may be sent back to you. Make sure to include an RA or a packing slip with the return.
